What is Viibella?

Viibella is an 18+ creator platform where fans can support their favourite creators through paid subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content.
Creators can publish photos, videos, and other digital content, and earn money directly from their audience.

Viibella is operated by Viibella Ltd, a UK-based company. The platform is strictly for adults only (18+).


Who can use Viibella?

There are two main types of users on Viibella:

  • Fans – people who join to follow and support creators, subscribe to profiles, unlock posts, and send tips.

  • Creators – people who publish content, build a fanbase, and earn money from subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content.

To use Viibella you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your country.

  • Be legally allowed to view or post adult content where you live.

  • Agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


How do Fan accounts work?

As a Fan, you can:

  • Browse and follow creators.

  • Subscribe to creator profiles on a monthly or other recurring basis where offered.

  • Unlock specific paid posts (pay-per-view content).

  • Send tips to support creators.

You will only be charged when you actively subscribe, unlock a post, or send a tip. All purchases and subscriptions are clearly shown before you confirm payment.

You can manage your subscriptions, payment history, and account details at any time from your Account / Settings area when logged in.


How do Creator accounts work?

As a Creator, you can:

  • Create a profile with photos, videos, and other content.

  • Choose which posts are free and which are paid (subscription-only or pay-per-view).

  • Set your subscription price (within platform limits).

  • Receive tips from fans who want to support you more.

  • Track your earnings and payouts in your Creator dashboard.

Before you can earn money or receive payouts, you may be required to:

  • Complete our 18+ age verification and identity checks (KYC).

  • Provide accurate payout details and tax information where required.

Creators are responsible for the content they upload and must follow our Content & Community Guidelines at all times.


How do payments work on Viibella?

All payments on Viibella are processed securely by third-party payment processors that specialise in handling online and adult transactions. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

General points:

  • Fans see the price before confirming any purchase.

  • Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • One-time purchases (for example, unlocking a specific post) are charged once at the time of purchase.

  • Your bank or card statement may show a billing descriptor referring to Viibella or our payment processor.

If a payment fails, access to the paid content or subscription may be paused until a valid payment method is used.


Can I get a refund?

Because Viibella provides digital access to online content, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, unless:

  • There has been a clear technical error (for example, you were charged twice for the same item), or

  • We are required by law or by our payment processor to issue a refund.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@viibella.com as soon as possible with details of:

  • The email address on your account.

  • The date and amount of the charge.

  • Any transaction ID shown on your bank or card statement.

We will review each case, but we cannot guarantee refunds in situations where content has already been accessed.


How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your Viibella account.

  2. Go to your Account or Subscriptions section.

  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel or Turn off auto-renew.

When you cancel:

  • Your access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again for that subscription unless you re-subscribe.


What kind of content is allowed on Viibella?

Viibella is an 18+ platform and does permit adult content, but not all content is allowed. The following is not permitted:

  • Any content depicting or suggesting minors (under 18 years old), including “young-looking” individuals portrayed as minors.

  • Non-consensual content, hidden-camera content, or content created or shared without informed consent.

  • Content involving violence, exploitation, or any conduct that is illegal where it is produced or viewed.

  • Content that violates our Terms, including hateful or threatening behaviour.

Creators must:

  • Confirm that they are 18+.

  • Ensure that everyone appearing in their content is 18+ and has consented to be filmed or photographed.

  • Follow all applicable laws in their own country and in the countries where their content is viewed.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.


How do I report content or a user?

If you see content or behaviour that you believe violates our rules (for example underage content, non-consensual content, harassment, or illegal activity), you should report it to us.

You can:

  • Use any in-platform Report tools (where available), and/or

  • Email support@viibella.com with:

    • A link to the profile or specific post.

    • A brief explanation of your concern.

    • Screenshots if possible.

We review reports as quickly as we can and may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other steps where appropriate. For serious concerns, we may also cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.


Is my data and activity private?

We take privacy and security seriously:

  • Your account is protected by your email and password.

  • We use HTTPS encryption to help protect data in transit.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential.

  • Not sharing your login with anyone else.

  • Logging out if you access your account from a shared device.

If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support@viibella.com.


Why do you need my ID as a Creator?

For Creators, we may need to verify:

  • Your identity and age (to confirm you are 18+).

  • That you are legally allowed to work as a creator on the Platform.

This is required so we can:

  • Comply with legal and payment-provider requirements.

  • Help prevent minors from appearing on the Platform.

  • Protect both creators and fans.

Verification details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and are not shared publicly.
